About
We have a passion for sharing the gospel and serving our communities whether this is on the campuses or in the city.
Experience shows that being a student at university is an exciting time but it can also be a challenging time. It is a chance to discover more about yourself, others and our world but most importantly it is a chance to live for and be used by God in unique and exciting ways. It's important to have a strong community around you who can support and encourage you during these years.
We regularly share life together through a range of events such as going on walks, going to
the pub together or meeting for food and discussions at people's houses. We are
also part of the larger church community which is made up of people from
different backgrounds and of different ages which meets for worship each Sunday.

Tim Wells

Tim Wells
Tim studied Mathematics and Philosophy at York University. During this time he started to ask serious questions about life and reality. He did not suspect that Christianity could provide serious answers.
After searching in many places in 2004 he came to see that Jesus Christ is, as he claimed to be, the way, the truth and the life. This changed his life forever. His passion is now to understand more fully the riches of the gospel and to share what he has found with others. Tim leads a group with Lauren and he also plays the piano.
Lauren Turner

Lauren Turner
Lauren is currently a Geography and Development Studies student at Sussex University; she is originally from the Isle of Wight. She loves the beach and any opportunity to spend time there as well as the odd bit of swimming, not to mention a cheeky sunny day in a beer garden with friends. Lauren has a heart for m_n and seeing God work massively in Brighton, especially on the university campuses. Lauren leads a group with Tim.
Rachel Oates

Rachel Brown
Rachel trained at Brighton and Sussex medical school and is currently working as a junior doctor in one of the local hospitals.
Rachel leads the medical student group which is a small group of current clinical medical students who meet regularly. The group provides support during what can be a very difficult few years physically, emotionally and spiritually. They share food, pray and study what the bible teaches about some of the more tricky ethical issues that a life in medicine can throw up.
Rachel describes herself as a bit of a geek at heart really! Over the last few years she's developed a love of Star Trek and is forever trying to expand her general knowledge! She enjoys spending time with her friends and also baking cupcakes.
